Ruth Phillips has extensive experience in the legal sector, holding various leadership roles since 1991. Currently, Ruth serves as Delivery Lead, Change Manager, and Programme Manager at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK), roles held since May 2016. Prior to this, Ruth was Head of Operations & Compliance at Intelligent Claims Management Limited, also under the Slater and Gordon Group, from May 2016 to July 2017. Ruth's earlier positions include part of the Slater Gordon Solutions team from May 2015 to May 2016 and Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Quindell Legal Services Limited from December 2012 to August 2014. Ruth’s career began at Silverbeck Rymer, where over a span of 21 years, Ruth also held the position of Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance.
