Matthew Gray is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager of Solutions at Slate River Systems, Inc. since June 2023, Matthew previously held roles at S&H Systems, where positions included Manager of Technology and Product Development and Systems Engineering Manager. Prior experience at Bastian Automation Engineering as an Application Engineer and at Enkei America, Inc. as Product Process Engineer further solidified Matthew's expertise. In earlier roles, Matthew contributed to the American Foundry Society as Chapter Chairman and worked as an Industrial Engineer at Grede Foundries, focusing on cost analysis and casting design. Matthew started career efforts as Team Lead at CDI Aerospace, managing teams on crucial aerospace and automotive projects. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University between 2000 and 2007.
