Rob Pontious currently serves as the Director of Global Salesforce Commerce at Slalom since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rob was the Vice President of Projects and Implementations at PixelMEDIA from February 2020 to May 2022 and held the position of Senior Technical Architect at Capgemini from July 2015 to February 2020, focusing on technical architecture for Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects. Rob's experience also includes serving as a Solution Architect for Kate Spade & Co. and a Senior Software Engineer at Asure Software. With additional roles in software engineering management and web development across various companies, Rob brings a strong background in AGILE methodologies, technical leadership, and web consulting. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island.
