Kelsey Bailey is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist at Slalom, overseeing the rollout of a new lead-to-cash platform and developing comprehensive training strategies for a Life Sciences Sales Organization. With a strong background in managing teams and assessing learning needs across multiple stakeholder groups, Kelsey has created a variety of learning materials and led extensive training sessions. Prior roles include project management for Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS Cloud migration, where Kelsey developed change strategies and coached teams in agile practices. Kelsey also led supply chain software implementations at MEBC and served as a SharePoint Developer at Deloitte. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a minor in Information Sciences and Technology in Telecommunications from Penn State University.
