Jon Klinepeter is an experienced director currently serving at Slalom, a global consulting firm, since April 2022. Previously, Jon founded Better Good Group LLC, focusing on management consulting with notable clients such as Starbucks and Chicago Public Schools. As CEO of Forrest Bradshaw Industries, Jon led a precision metal manufacturing company, while also holding roles as Strategy Consultant for Starbucks, Executive Director and CRO for a global nonprofit, and Senior Account Executive at Change Effect Consulting. Jon’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA from Northeastern Illinois University.
