Bob Shurr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client solutions, customer experience transformation, and project management within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at Slalom since April 2024, Bob previously held the position of Vice President of Client Solutions at Moder, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through digital strategies. With a notable tenure of over a decade at Accenture as a Senior Principal, Bob specialized in strategy and delivery in Customer Care.
