Ted Crane has a diverse work experience in software engineering, people management, and consulting. Ted most recently worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Slalom Build, where they successfully coached and mentored a team of 7-18 individuals, achieving a high promotion rate. Prior to that, they were a Solution Principal at the same company, where they managed a team of engineers and led the development of responsive web applications. Ted also has experience as a Team Lead and System Architect at Level 11 Consulting, where they worked on building high-performance cache systems. Ted also worked as the Owner and Principal Consultant at LTC3 Consulting, where they designed and developed solutions for multiple clients in the advertising and data analysis fields.

Ted Crane holds a Masters of Software Engineering degree from Seattle University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound.
