Ann Kilzer is an experienced Software Architect currently at Slalom Build, specializing in React development and AWS Serverless architecture. In various projects, Ann has led teams in implementing software solutions, coached engineers, and actively contributed to product steering committees. Previously, Ann held roles at Mercari, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where significant contributions included designing Google ReCaptcha integration and enhancing team workflows. Ann has also served as Lead Software Engineer at Curvegrid, improving product performance on Ethereum networks, and held positions in site reliability and software engineering with companies such as Indeed and Boundary. Ann's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Math, Art from Gonzaga University.
