Chrissie Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chrissie currently works at Slack as the Director of Future of Work Programs, a position they have held since June 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading programs that explore and shape the future of work.
Before their current role, Chrissie held the position of Director of Advisory Services at Future Forum, a consortium backed by Slack, from January 2022 to July 2023. During this time, they helped leaders reimagine the digital-first future of work through data and dialogue, combining research, case studies, and executive forums.
Prior to joining Slack, Chrissie worked at the company as a Senior Manager of Help & Education from April 2019 to January 2022. Chrissie also served as the Manager of Instructional Design for Customer Education from July 2017 to April 2019 and as a Customer Success Manager from May 2016 to July 2017.
Chrissie's work experience also includes roles outside of Slack. In 2022, they started their own coaching business called Chrissie Arnold Coaching, where they serve as the Principal. Additionally, they worked as the Education Manager at West Coast LEAF from May 2013 to April 2015, focusing on legal education and action. Chrissie also briefly worked as a Field Consultant for the Global Partnership Program at SeriousFun Children's Network in 2013.
Chrissie's early career included a role at Camp Oochigeas as the Program Manager, In-City, from September 2010 to August 2012, where they served children with cancer. Chrissie also worked as an Outdoor Education Instructor and Residential Assistant at Lakefield College School from September 2009 to June 2010.

Chrissie Arnold holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational Studies from The University of British Columbia. Chrissie also pursued a program in Leading Organizational Change at The Wharton School, Aresty School of Executive Education. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Geography at The University of British Columbia. In addition, Chrissie has a certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention from Cornell University.
