Benjamin T. is a seasoned technical architect with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Architect at Slack since August 2021, Benjamin previously held significant positions at Arkose Labs, where roles included Senior Director of Solution Delivery and Director of Pre-Sales Engineering. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Engineering Operations at Imperva, where responsibilities included leading DevOps and Network Operations Engineering teams, achieving PCI Compliance, and building global infrastructure. Additional roles at Black Lotus Communications and Centurylink Technology Solutions focused on automation and product development within complex technical environments. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Technology from Robert Morris University.
