Alaina Lim is a Machine Learning Engineer with a robust background in software engineering and research. Currently employed at Slack since September 2023, Alaina has previously held positions at Abacus.AI and Slack, working on ML services and backend engineering within compliance teams. Alaina's earlier experience includes an engineering fellowship at Kleiner Perkins and a software engineering role at Visa, along with research assistance at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Alaina holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stanford University and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Oxford.
