Ian McBain is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in advisory and business development roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at SkyWorks Capital since March 2006, Ian focuses on business generation and execution of advisory engagements. Prior to this, Ian held the position of Managing Director at Citi from July 1997 to June 2005, overseeing the Asia Pacific region and driving new business initiatives to enhance revenues. Earlier career experience includes working as a Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways from December 1993 to June 1997, where responsibilities included sourcing and executing fleet financing for new aircraft deliveries. Ian holds a BSc in Psychology with First Class Honors from the University of Exeter, completed between 1976 and 1978, and received education at Cheltenham College in Gloucestershire, England from 1972 to 1975.
