Previous roles at KPMG Ukraine and Fozzy Group involved creating learning frameworks, organizing training events, and leading teams of internal trainers. Darya's career began as a Business Trainer at Nemiroff and a Quality Manager at Sumatra Ltd., underscoring a solid foundation in training needs analysis, development of training programs, and quality management. Darya holds a specialist degree in Psychology from the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine."
