Phil Klein, ICD.D, has extensive experience in the financial services sector, notably serving as Vice President of Commercial Financial Services at RBC from February 1982 until retirement in March 2017. During this tenure, Phil led a team of 14 commercial bankers and managed relationships with clients ranging from $250,000 to $1.5 billion. Phil's diverse roles also included senior account management and risk management. Currently, Phil is a member of the Board of Directors for SkyMed Group, a position held since August 2005, and served on the Board of Directors for SaskPower from November 2016 to November 2021. Phil holds an ICD.D designation from the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, completed in 2015.
