Kostyantyn Tymoschuk began their work experience in 2017 as a Marketing Project Manager at Byzantium ICO Agency, where they were responsible for the preparation and execution of crowdfunding campaigns for blockchain projects. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Marketing Project Manager at Crytek, where they created and executed go-to-market strategies and built a strong marketing team. Kostyantyn then served as the Chief Marketing Strategist at HotelFriend International, a blockchain-based platform for the hotel industry, where they managed data storage, verification, and processing. From 2018 to 2019, Tymoschuk worked as a Marketing Strategist at Applicature, focusing on the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies. In 2019, they joined WeAR Studio as a Senior Business Development Officer, consulting businesses on using immersive technologies and creating custom solutions. Kostyantyn later became the Head of Marketing & Sales, where they created a value-first marketing strategy and implemented a balanced scorecard for strategy implementation management. Since 2021, Tymoschuk has been working as the Head of Growth at ZibraAI, a Ukrainian deep-tech company that specializes in AI-generated assets for virtual worlds, where they oversee the company's growth and development. In 2023, they will be transitioning to the role of VP of Growth at Skylum.

Kostyantyn Tymoschuk completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Innovations and Entrepreneurship from UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree from the Institute of International Relations at the National Aviation University. Kostyantyn also holds a Bachelor's degree from the same university in the field of Computer Information Technologies. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Planning, Analysis and Control, Project Management, Strategy Planning and Execution, and Team Management from Harvard Business Publishing Education, although the specific months of attainment are not provided.
