Paul Bailey is an experienced technology manager with a robust background in infrastructure and service delivery. Currently serving as Manager of Video Platform Solutions Architecture and Client Executive at Skyline Technology Solutions, Paul leads the delivery of messaging services for government sector enterprise customers, overseeing customer relationships and P&L. Previous roles include Director of Technology Infrastructure at CAQH, managing a $6M infrastructure portfolio, and Director of IT Infrastructure at both Kaplan and Graham Holdings, where Paul directed teams and oversaw significant technology migrations to modern SaaS platforms. Additionally, Paul has extensive experience from The Washington Post Company and earlier positions at Exodus and USA Today, demonstrating a strong record in collaboration technologies, security services, and systems engineering. Paul holds a degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
