As Vice President of Sales, David works with a team of Business Development and Senior Technical resources to develop opportunities with customers across the United States where Skyline's experience and approach help those customers to achieve better IT outcomes.

Prior to joining Skyline, David worked with Bloomberg Financial Markets for 13+ years in New Jersey and New York, working across operations, program management, and business development. David moved to Maryland in 2006 to work on the turnaround of Cygnus Business Media as VP of Interactive Platforms. David joined Skyline in 2011, initially managing the networkMaryland program.

David currently resides in Crownsville. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife and two children.
