Kelsey Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and leadership roles within the healthcare staffing industry. As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder/Director of Recruitment at Skyline Med Staff, LLC since August 2015, Kelsey has demonstrated effective leadership and strategic management. Prior to this, Kelsey served as Senior Account Manager at Aureus Medical Group from August 2010 to August 2014 and worked as a Recruiter at Chesapeake Energy from August 2009 to August 2010. Kelsey holds a Master's Degree in Human Relations and Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same institution. Additionally, Kelsey participated in a Study Abroad Program in Spanish at Universidad de Salamanca in 2005.
