Luca Martino's work experience includes roles as a CEO & Co-Founder at Skylabs starting from June 2015, a Project Manager at Leonardo from October 2014 to September 2016, a Team Leader at Leonardo from January 2012 to September 2014, a Senior Software Engineer at Leonardo from January 2009 to December 2011, a CEO & Founder at Bleenka Srl from November 2014 to May 2015, and a Test Engineer at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa from August 2008 to December 2008.

Luca Martino attended MTB Foundation in 2013 and participated in their Startup School program. In 2010, they began a Management Training Course at Finmeccanica, which they completed in 2011. From 2002 to 2008, Luca Martino studied at the University of Catania, earning a degree in Telecomunication Engineering.
