Phillip Chen is a seasoned Cloud Operations Engineer and Build Engineer with extensive experience in DevOps roles across prominent companies, including SkyKick and Microsoft. At SkyKick, Phillip has focused on enhancing cloud operations and automated build processes. Prior to SkyKick, at File & ServeXpress, significant contributions included migrating source code to Git/VSTS, managing Azure DNS zones, and optimizing deployment processes. Phillip's extensive experience at Microsoft involved incident management, build operations, and ensuring high availability in Azure environments. With a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Phillip brings strong technical and project management skills to all endeavors.
