David Buhrman is an experienced professional in the aerospace and unmanned aircraft systems sectors with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Solutions Engineer at Skydio since August 2020, David previously worked at Kitty Hawk as a Flight Test Engineer and Flight Test Operations Manager. Prior positions include Manager of Regulatory and Global Flight Operations at Airware, where David oversaw regulatory matters and contributed to research initiatives. Before that, David was a General Engineer at the Federal Aviation Administration, managing UAS-related research and projects in the NextGen initiative. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science from the University of Maryland and Anne Arundel Community College, as well as a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science with a concentration in Unmanned Aircraft Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
