Anna Paczkowska has a diverse work experience. Anna started their career in 2012 as a Maintenance Trainee at ArcelorMittal. In 2013, they worked as a Maintenance Trainee at Valeo Wiper Systems. In 2014, they joined MAEM® as a Sales Engineer and later became an Operations Manager from 2017 to 2019. Anna Paczkowska's most recent employment is at SkyCell AG, where they started as a Client Services Specialist in 2019 and progressed to the role of Global Client Services Manager in November 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Client Services & Pricing at SkyCell AG from July 2022.

Anna Paczkowska completed their Master of Science degree in Production Management from AGH University of Krakow from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Production Engineering from AGH University of Krakow from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Anna Paczkowska has obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they completed the B2B Pricing Strategy course at IMD Business School. Anna also obtained certifications in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations through Coursera in June and July 2019.
