Sarah Posont is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Dexis Consulting Group since August 2021, previously serving as a Technical Associate and Research Associate. Prior experience includes roles as a Proposal Writer and Analyst at Vysnova Partners, Inc., focusing on evaluations of DOD Security Cooperation Programs. Sarah has also instructed graduate courses at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Additional experience encompasses a Graduate Student Internship at Trust for Social Achievement, where contributions included developing training guidelines and conducting workshops for projects addressing gender discrimination.
