The Program Team at Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing literacy programs that align with the organization's mission to foster a love of reading among children. This includes creating and distributing high-quality content, engaging with communities to drive literacy initiatives, and managing regional and national programs that ensure widespread access to books and reading resources. Through their collaborative efforts, the team works to directly address the children's literacy crisis and support the educational success of children across the United States.
