Paul Richards is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware development and management. Currently serving as Hardware Team Lead at SkyBell since December 2020, Paul oversees the technical aspects of video doorbell and security camera products, collaborating with external developers and manufacturing partners. Prior to this role, Paul was the WAN Hardware Manager at Trilliant, where management of the WAN hardware team focused on the SecureMesh WAN product line. Previous positions include Director of Hardware Engineering at Firetide, Senior RF Engineer at Proxim Wireless, Senior Hardware Engineer at Airflow Networks, and RF Engineer at Digital Microwave. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
