Prior to this, James held the position of Lead Quality Assurance Inspector at Constant Aviation. With a background in aviation maintenance management in the United States Marine Corps, James successfully managed large teams of maintenance personnel for worldwide deployments. Bennington is a skilled aviation maintenance technician and supervisor with experience working on various aircraft systems. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, along with additional certifications in Airframes and Powerplant.
