Ricardo Plácido is a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Sky since October 2019, specializing in functional and non-functional test automation for TV and web applications, while also serving as a coach and mentor. Prior experience includes working as a Test Automation Engineer at InnoWave from October 2013 to October 2019, where responsibilities involved developing and managing test automation applications for TELCO clients, API testing, and employee training. Additionally, Ricardo has contributed to academia as a teacher for quality assurance and web programming modules, and holds a Master’s and a Licentiate degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Instituto Superior Técnico.
