Shawn Bouchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as Principal at CapacityFlux Systems Inc. since June 2017, Shawn specializes in enhancing the effectiveness of customer-facing teams to drive revenue growth. In addition to this role, Shawn is actively involved as a Sales & Business Development Consultant at Altro Industries Inc. and as Principal Consultant at GivingData Insight & Analytics, providing strategic services to not-for-profits. Shawn co-founded BC Silver Alert to promote awareness for vulnerable missing persons. Previous positions include Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Fathom Systems Inc., and roles in enterprise business development at Hootsuite. Additionally, Shawn has contributed to academic development as a Sessional Instructor at both Sauder School of Business and Langara College. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of British Columbia.
