Sharon Johnson is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal communication management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Colleague Communications Manager at Skipton Building Society since June 2023, Sharon previously contributed as the Internal Communication Officer at Futures Housing Group from August 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing comms plans for health and wellbeing, EDI, and digital engagement. Sharon's extensive experience also includes roles such as Global Head of Communications at CPP Group, where impactful global communication strategies were developed, and a notable winner of the 'Small Team Of The Year' award in 2012, as well as positions at Northern Rock and RBS, focusing on internal communication initiatives and employee engagement.
