Jackie Soong has had a varied work experience. Jackie began their career in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and Real Estate Intern at Peninsula Land & Capital. In 2015, they started working at the University of California San Diego, where they held the roles of Programs and Communications Coordinator at Global Education and Event Planning and Marketing Assistant at the International Faculty & Scholars Office. In 2018, they moved to XIFIN, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. Currently, they are employed at Skipta, where they have held the roles of Client Solutions Manager, Production Manager, and Digital Program Coordinator since 2020.

Jackie Soong obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from UC San Diego in 2017. In December 2022, they received the Vault PromoMats Review and Approval Certification from Veeva Systems.
