Tarsi L. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. They began their career in China, where they held multiple roles, including Global Marketing Director, from August 2008 to December 2016. They then worked at Lion as a Business Development Manager, overseeing new business development opportunities and providing top-notch service to clients from February 2017 to January 2019. Following this, Tarsi joined Melrose Health as an International Business Manager, responsible for managing sales and marketing across all markets, focusing on APAC. During this role, they successfully developed and grew the business in existing markets and managed sales and marketing spend in line with the budget. After Melrose Health, Tarsi held a position at Sanofi as the Head of Emerging Markets and Channels - CBEC from December 2020 to May 2021. They then joined Bellamy's Organic as the Chief Executive Officer from May 2021 to November 2022, leading the company's operations. Currently, Tarsi holds leadership positions at both seedplanet and Skipped, serving as Co-Founder and CEO at Skipped and Co-Founder at seedplanet.

Tarsi L. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Ocean University of China, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics at Northumbria University from 2006 to 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Tarsi L. obtained numerous certifications in various areas. In December 2021, they completed the Australian directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
