Yosra Jarraya has a wealth of experience in human resources and legal compliance. Yosra has been working in the field since 2009. From 2009 to 2020, they were In Charge of Legal Compliance at ABUISSA HOLDING. In this role, they conducted multiple interviews of potential candidates for executive positions and strengthened productive relations with overseas recruiting agencies. Since 2020, they have been a Human Resources Manager at SkipCash. In this role, they have been developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy and company goals. Yosra has also been promoting company culture and managing recruitment activities, employee relations, benefits, and compensations.

Yosra Jarraya is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management & Personal Development - CIPD from ICS Learn, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they completed an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CIPD Qualifications in 2021. In 2019, they completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management from IQN. Yosra also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management - Tunis, which they obtained in 2004.
