Kaili Bessell currently serves as the Director of Data & Analytics at Skin Laundry since May 2023 and holds the title of Director of Advanced Analytics at Driven Brands Inc. since December 2021. Previously, Kaili worked at Bain & Company from June 2017 to December 2021, advancing from Specialist to Senior Manager within the Advanced Analytics Group. An early career experience includes an ORISE internship at the US Environmental Protection Agency from June 2015 to May 2016, where Kaili developed a regression model to assess vulnerability to dust storms in Arizona. Kaili Bessell earned a Master of Science in Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from North Carolina State University, completing the master's program in 2017 and the bachelor's program in 2016.
