Amie Grice has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and people management. Amie most recently worked at Skin Analytics as a Talent & People Lead, supporting clinicians in their assessment of skin lesions using AI technology. Prior to that, they were a Member at HIGHER Community, a platform aiming to elevate the talent acquisition function. Amie also served as a People & Talent Manager at Loctax, a collaborative tax governance platform. Earlier in their career, Amie held positions such as Senior Internal Talent Partner & Talent Enablement Manager at Troi, Talent Lead - Tech at Goodlord, and Senior Tech Recruiter - Product & Design at Miro. Amie also worked as a Head of Talent at Rockar Ltd and a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at Holland & Barrett. Additionally, Amie has experience as a Tech Reruiter at Hopster and a Talent Acquisition Manager at Teamtailor.

Amie Grice attended Malton School - Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Music, History, English, and EPQ, earning their A Levels. Amie then went on to the University for the Creative Arts from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Ba(hons) degree in Fashion Journalism.
