Xinping Li's work experience begins in 2019 as a Teaching Assistant at San Francisco State University. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Illustrator for a company called 意林杂志. Additionally, in the same year, Li served as a Book Designer, collaborating with an editor and self-published authors to create bilingual English and Chinese layouts for a family history book. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Graphic Designer at Shan Shan Sheng Studio, where they designed graphics based on requirements and helped translate 2D sketches into 3D models. Li's most recent role is as a Graphic Designer at Skimble, Inc., where they contribute to the design of Skimble's training platform and the Workout Trainer application.

Xinping Li completed their Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Arts and Humanities at City College of San Francisco from 2014 to 2016. XINPING then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Visual Communications, General at San Francisco State University, graduating in 2019.
