Mitch Kristofferson currently serves as the Country Manager for Japan at Skillsoft, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Kristofferson was the Director of Customer Success for the APAC region at UpClear from July 2020 to February 2024, overseeing customer success and support for Japanese clients. Prior roles include Japan Country Manager at Haven, Inc., and Country Manager for Japan at Apttus, which later merged with Conga. Kristofferson also held various marketing leadership positions at SAP and DemandTec, where responsibilities included overseeing the Asia-Pacific business. Educational credentials include an MBA with a focus on Marketing from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University. Currently residing in Tokyo, Japan, Kristofferson has extensive experience in management and marketing in the technology sector.
