Lindsay Germano currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Skillsoft since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at CSG, and Lead Counsel for Strategic Transactions at LyondellBasell, where responsibilities encompassed legal guidance for mergers, acquisitions, and complex corporate transactions. Lindsay also held the position of Senior Counsel for Corporate and M&A at Nexeo Solutions, managing legal aspects of corporate functions and overseeing significant transactions. Earlier career experience includes working as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Lindsay earned a Juris Doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University.
