Michael Jewell possesses a diverse background in education, vocational training, and art. Currently serving as a Shopkeeper at The Rivet at Discovery Space since June 2023, Michael maintains a creative environment for patrons. Since June 2012, Michael has been pivotal at Skills of Central Pennsylvania, first as a Program Specialist and now as Manager Vocational Training and Industrial Services, focusing on enhancing work skills for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As the Owner/Artist of MRJ Wood Art since January 2015, Michael crafts intricate wooden portraits and objects. Additionally, experience as a Special Events School Bus Driver for Fullington Trailways and several roles as a Substitute Teacher from 2005 to 2012 highlight a commitment to education. Michael's educational achievements include a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from PennWest Edinboro, a Certificate in Elementary Education from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Fisheries from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus.
