Stephen Findlay has extensive experience in organizational development and transformation, currently serving as the OD and Transformation Manager at Skills Development Scotland since April 2010. In this role, Stephen leads initiatives focused on change leadership and employee engagement, aligning efforts with the Scottish Government's priorities in "Skills for Scotland." Prior to this position, Stephen was a Customer Experience Executive, enhancing service design and customer experience across multiple channels. Additionally, Stephen contributed as a Customer Experience Consultant at Aviva from August 1997 to July 2009. Educational background includes an HND in Sports Science from Motherwell College and training from the Scottish Football Association between 2014 and 2015.
