The Education and Training team at Skill and You is responsible for developing, coordinating, and enhancing the company's vocational e-learning courses. This includes designing curriculum, ensuring content quality, and leveraging innovative pedagogy for effective distance learning. The team consists of educational advisors, exam and competition coordinators, professors, and content editors who work collaboratively to support the delivery of over 200 training courses, facilitating learners' progression towards professional qualifications and personal development goals.
