Shelby McEntire has had a diverse range of HR roles throughout their career. Shelby McEntire, began their career at Windstream Enterprise as a Human Resources Business Partner II, where they provided support to executives and hundreds of employees in various departments. Shelby McEntire, then moved on to Euronet Worldwide as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were the first on-site HR resource in over ten years and provided a wide range of support and guidance to employees and managers. After that, they joined ARGO as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for onboarding processes, employee rewards and recognition programs, and organizing company events. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at Skiles Group, where they are responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, employee engagement, training and development, and compliance.
Shelby McEntire, SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2014. During their time at the university, they also studied World Languages, specifically Spanish. Prior to attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, they attended Harding University from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on World Languages - Spanish. In addition to their education, Shelby has obtained additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2016, and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2015.
