Kate Minns is an HR Consultant at Skildare. Prior to their current position, Kate worked as a Graduate Intern at National Australia Bank and as a Sales Assistant at Cotton On Group.

Kate has always had a passion for helping others and ensuring they are taken care of. This led their to pursue a career in human resources. After completing their degree in business/commerce, Kate landed an internship with National Australia Bank. Kate spent their days learning about different aspects of business banking and completing associate roles.

After their internship, Kate took a position as a Sales Assistant at Cotton On Group. Kate worked there for almost six years before deciding to pursue a career in human resources full time. In their current role, Kate provides guidance and support to employees on a variety of HR-related topics. Kate loves being able to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.

Kate Minns has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Newcastle. Kate also has a High School Certificate from Kotara High School.
