Chiaoyu Cheng is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Freelance UX Designer for Skie since September 2021, Chiaoyu specializes in heuristic reviews and app optimization for mobile applications. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Product Designer at KKStream Limited and KKBOX Inc., where significant contributions were made to the UtaPass platform, enhancing user retention and implementing premium features. Chiaoyu's career also encompasses UX design work for Tidetime Union Limited, LifePlus, and GoLater, alongside freelance projects involving web design and translation. Chiaoyu holds a Master of Science in Electronic Publishing from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from National Chengchi University.
