Jamie Nieves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position is the Vice President of Business Relationships at Skender, where they started in December 2021. Prior to that, Jamie worked at Shrewsberry & Associates as the Director of Business Development from April 2020 to December 2021.

Jamie also has experience as a Business Development Manager at ECS Limited from October 2018 to March 2020. They served as the Director of Partnership Services at the Kentucky Association for Economic Development (KAED) from February 2018 to October 2018.

Before that, Jamie worked at Northern Kentucky Tri-ED as the Manager of Business Retention & Expansion, where they were responsible for conducting on-site visitations to primary businesses, managing the Business Retention and Expansion program, and organizing industry focus groups. Jamie held this role from October 2016 to February 2018.

Earlier in their career, Jamie worked as a Business Development Associate at CTL Engineering, Inc. from September 2015 to October 2016. They were responsible for networking with industry professionals, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and participating in conferences and trade shows.

Jamie also served as the Marketing Manager at HWC Engineering from June 2013 to September 2015, where they coordinated proposal production, maintained relationships with associates and clients, and continuously expanded their professional knowledge.

Prior to that, Jamie was the Director of Marketing at Gibraltar Design Inc from February 2008 to April 2013. They implemented strategic plans for entering new industries, planned and developed presentations for large business accruals, and managed business development activities.

Jamie started their career as an Account Executive at Buztronics, Inc. from May 2006 to February 2008. They played a key role in building the motorcycle division's sales and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth.

Before entering the business industry, Jamie worked as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2004 to June 2006.

Throughout their career, Jamie has gained a wide range of experience in business development, partnership services, marketing, and sales.

Jamie Nieves's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Ball State University - Miller College of Business. During their time there, they studied Marketing and Finance but did not obtain a degree. They then transferred to Franklin College in 2002 and successfully attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Finance in 2004. More recently, in 2018 to 2019, Jamie attended the University of Oklahoma, where they graduated from the Economic Development Institute Graduate program.
