Ilona Chaichenko is a seasoned professional in business development and customer success with a focus on the Latin American market. Currently serving as the Business Development Lead at SKELAR since February 2024, Ilona previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Unimo, where responsibilities included engaging with partners and enhancing KPIs. Prior to that, Ilona garnered extensive experience at Helpware as a Team Leader in Customer Support and Senior Agent, facilitating communication in both Spanish and English. Early career roles included administrative and operational positions at a marriage agency and architectural work at Magnate Design Centre. Ilona holds a PhD in Restoration and Conservation of Heritage Goods and a Master's degree in Conservation of Architecture from Universidad de Granada, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University.
