Arsen Hovsepyan is a seasoned professional in business development and financial markets, currently serving as the Business Development Lead at SKELAR since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading key partnerships and business development initiatives. Prior to this role, Arsen held various positions focused on treasury within the FinTech and banking sectors. Experience at DTEK included trading electricity for Kurakhiv and Luhansk TPPs, while time at Citi involved sales and trading analysis for FX and bonds. An internship at the National Bank of Ukraine provided exposure to monetary policy, supporting a strong foundation in economics from Kyiv National Economics University.
