Jess Ahrens is a Senior Software Engineer and Frontend Developer at Skedulo since February 2017, focusing on the core workforce management web application in collaboration with the UX/UI team, utilizing technologies such as React, Rx, Redux, Sass, and TypeScript. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Skedulo, providing 3rd level technical support and debugging applications across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms. Earlier, Jess worked as an SAP HR Consultant at Queensland Alumina Limited for a brief period in 2014, assisting Senior SAP HR Specialists with employee-related queries. Jess holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from The University of Queensland, completed in 2016.
