Edward Backhouse is EVP Customer Experience at Skedulo. He joined the team in 2017 as VP Customer Journey and assumed his current role in 2019. Edward is responsible for global customer experience at Skedulo, from presales solution architecture, through project delivery to customer success and technical support.

Previously, he was a Director. Solution Architecture for Accenture, leading ANZ Solution Architecture capability across Cloud First platforms and managing the Salesforce Solution Architecture team. Before that, he held the same role at Cloud Sherpas.
