Brett Barnes is an experienced retail management professional with a diverse background in overseeing store operations, training, and recruitment. Currently serving as General Manager at Skechers since January 2025, past roles include General Manager at Safelite, General Manager at Boot Barn, and Retail Specialist for the Bass Pro Shops Footwear Division, where considerable operational policy development and training initiatives were executed. As the founder of the Branson Pickleball Club, Brett achieved significant membership growth and facility development. A solid foundation in the industry was built through roles at Crocs, ASICS Corporation, Wolverine Worldwide, and Tradehome Shoes, which included successful performance in recruiting and training future leaders. Brett holds a degree in Graphic Design from Oklahoma Christian University.
