Silvana Portillo is a Senior Associate at SKDK since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in marketing and communications, particularly in career development for first-generation students. Previously, Silvana served as the Marketing & Communications Director for the First Generation Careers Initiative at the University of Notre Dame, where responsibilities included event planning and managing a biweekly newsletter. Additional roles included Digital Fellow at 50+1 Strategies, LLC, focusing on media strategies and outreach, and an Offsite Housing Intern at the Center For The Homeless, which involved assessing food supply issues. Silvana also gained experience in media operations with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Media. Silvana holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and Digital Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
